He was predeceased by: his parents, O. C. Dominick and Etta Mae Dominick; his grandchild Casey Dominick; and his siblings, Dale, Robert Dominick and Judy Jennings.
He is survived by: his children, Melvin R Dominick, Jr. (Dianne) and Kandy Dameron (Billy); his grandchildren, Timothy Ringer (Jessica), Christopher Ringer (April), Heather Dominick and Nick Fowler (Samantha); and his sister Cornelia Collins. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
