She was predeceased by: her parents, Minor Edmond Neelands and Peggy Wessinger Neelands; and her sister-in-law Bridgett Diane Wheeler. She is survived by: her husband John F. Wheeler, III; her sons, Shane Bowers and Austin Wheeler of Newberry; and her siblings, Patty Bobb (Eddie) of Camden and Eddie Neelands (Ella) of Newberry. She is also survived by several nieces, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
