It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mattie Boozer (Prosperity, South Carolina), born in Little Mountain, South Carolina, who passed away on May 17, 2018, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her sons, Tony Boozer of Prosperity and Tim Boozer of Prosperity; and her great grandchild David Lee Black of Batesburg. She is survived by: her daughters, Judith Boozer, Nancy Johnston (William) of Prosperity, Bevery Shealy (Leon) of Leesville and Janice Hendrix (Clyde) of Leesville; her daughters-in-law, Ann Boozer of Prosperity and Judy Boozer of Prosperity; and her sibling Hattie Shealy Boozer of Springfield Place.
