She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Kinard, Sr. and Carrie L. Bridges-Kinard; her siblings, Claude Kinard, Jr. and Catherine Kinard; and her grandson MyKell Kinard.

She is survived by: her husband James Harmon of Prosperity, SC; her godfather Edward Harmon of Prosperity, SC; her children, London Kinard (Glenda) of Gilbert, SC and McKeva Kinard-Shelton of Prosperity, SC; her grandchild Tru Kinard-Shelton; her stepsons, Justin, Jordan Harmon of Alabama and Jeremy Harmon of Newberry, SC; her godchildren, Jerome Boyd (Angela) of Baltimore, MD and Shirley Jackson-Garmany (Robert) of Newberry, SC; her brother Herman Kinard (Judy); her sisters-in-law, Betty Ann Kinard of Prosperity, SC, Barbara Mathis, Kathy Harmon, Metha Harmon, Eugenia Harmon, Susan Harmon and Doris Price (John) of Newberry, SC; and her friends, Sheriff Lee Foster, Dr. Betty Peltier, Elaine Eskew (John), Mamie Ruff, Margaret Glasgow, Connie Shannon, Fay Henley and Patsy Sims. She is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, cousins.
