She is survived by: her husband George Ellis Amick; her children, Larry Ellis Amick (Stefanie) of Leesville, Chad Eric Amick of Lexington and Lisa Baker (Carl) of Prosperity; and her grandchildren, Justin Weatherford (Rachel), Carley Kean (Hugh), Sarah Amick and Tyler Amick.
