She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Virgil and Lila Lake Hawkins; and her husband Carl Ray Lindler. She is survived by: her children, Gary Lindler (Susan) and Cindy Derrick (Randy); her grandchildren, Daniel Shaw, Justin McKean (Kayla), Dylan Derrick, Breanna Nicole Lindler and Stephanie Floyd; and her great grandchildren, Thomas McKean, Kayleigh McKean Danny Shaw, Emma Grace Shaw, Wesley McKean and Sawyer Shaw.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Whitaker Funeral Home – Newberry (1704 College St, Newberry, SC 29108). A funeral service was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Mt. Pilgram Lutheran Church (2336 Mt Pilgrim Church Rd, Prosperity, SC 29127).
