Joan Ward Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Ward of Prosperity, South Carolina, born in Arlington, Massachusetts, who passed away on July 10, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William McLaughin and Marge McLeod McLaughin; and her brothers, Gerald McLaughlin and David McLaughlin. She is survived by: her husband Clyde Ward; her children, Keith Ward (Julie) of Jupiter, FL and Tracy Ward Smoak (Russell); her brothers, William McLaughlin, Jr. of Billerica, MA and Dennis McLaughin of Shalimar, FL; and her grandchildren, Grayton Ward of Lakeland, FL, Evan Smoak of Travelers Rest, SC, Madison Ward of Jupiter, FL and Carmen Smoak of Travelers Rest, SC.. She is also survived by the grandkids, and bonus grandkids, came to stay for weeks with Nana and Papa.
