He was predeceased by: his siblings, Marjorie Graham, Vernon Fulmer and Forest Fulmer; and his nephew Phil Fulmer. He is survived by:, Audrey Fulmer of Chapin, Hazel Wicker of Newberry, Mary Kinard of Ridge Spring, Ronnie Kinard, Jewel Kinard of Prosperity, Wayne Kinard and Martha Kinard of Laurens.
