With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James T. Bookman of Prosperity, South Carolina, born in Newberry, South Carolina, who passed away on December 12, 2023 at the age of 42. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, Tracy Bookman and James Davenport; his girlfriend Jalonda Coleman of Prosperity, SC; his daughter Justice Bookman of Greenwood, SC; and his siblings, Shonda Samuel Holley, Kendrick Samuel, Trey Trevez Wadsworth, Brandon Davenport, Japier Davenport and Ryan Harris. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
