He was predeceased by: his brother-in-law Rod Shealy; and his parents-in-law, Elsie P. Shealy and Ryan C. Shealy. He is survived by: his mother Sue Riley Mills; his wife Christy Shealy Mills; his children, Laney Mills (Dwayne Durbin) of Lexington, SC, Matthew Mills of Bethesda, MD, Andrew Mills (Celeste) of Prosperity and Zanna Mills (David Latorre) of Kissimmee, Fla; his grandsons, Ethan and Luke Shealy; his stepgrandchildren, Jaden and Annabelle Durbin; his sister Susan Helen Mills; his siblings-in-law, Sherry Shealy Martschink (Karl Duppstadt), Lorri Shealy Unumb (Dan) and S. Shawn Shealy, Sr.; his friend Wanda Matthews Taylor; his sisters-in-law, Anne Marie Green and Caryn Crabb; and his close friend Blackie. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and much-loved former in-laws.
Due to Covid, MASKS WILL BE REQUIRED INSIDE BUILDINGS.
