He is survived by: his children, Larry Ellis Amick (Stefanie) of Leesville, Chad Eric Amick of Lexington and Lisa Baker (Carl) of Prosperity; his grandchildren, Justin Weatherford (Rachel), Carley Kean (Hugh), Sarah Amick and Tyler Amick; and his brothers, David Amick, Harvey Amick and Charlie Amick.
