She was predeceased by: her husband Max Sam Cook; her parents, Junius DuBose and Susie Pickett DuBose; and her siblings, Odell, Slim, Kellum, Marion DuBose, Isabel McCormick and Jannie Tatum.
She is survived by: her daughters, Maxine Bailey of Irmo, Shirley Weaver of Charleston and Marsha Muller (Bill) of Lexington; her grandchildren, Alex Bailey (Beth Ann), Chris Bailey (Leigh), Mamie Rand (John), Meredith Hulen, John Weaver and Ryan Price (Mariah); and her sisters-in-law, Anne Graham and Caroline Cockrell. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
