David Riley Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David Riley of Prosperity, South Carolina, born in Saluda, South Carolina, who passed away on May 6, 2024 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Scurry and Lula Werts Riley; and his brother Tommy Riley. He is survived by: his wife Edna Boland Riley; his children, David Riley (Lisa) of Florence, Jason Riley (Joy) of Cayce, Lisa Farr (Craig) of Prosperity and Debbie Dominick (Bart) of Newberry; his sisters, Alice Gene Stewart of Gaston, Lauris Jeffcoat (Marion) of Columbia and Doris Carver (Bobby) of Columbia; his grandchildren, Jennifer Chandler (Bain), Josh Riley (Shelbie), Justin Farr, Kimberly Lane (Austin), Sarah Dominick, Drew Dominick and Rebekah Dominick; his stepgrandchildren, Luke Shealy, Ben Shealy, Aaron Shealy and Larkin Shealy; and his great grandchildren, Riley Chandler, Luke Chandler, Cannon Nell Riley and Maddie Rae Riley. He is also survived by one great-granddaughter.
