He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Killian and Susie Bedenbaugh Shealy; his daughter Gail Shealy; and his brothers, Curtis Shealy, Julian Shealy, Colie Shealy and L. D. Shealy.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sue Suber (Calvin) of Prosperity and Rita Cumalander (Tommy) of Prosperity; his grandchildren, Kay Dendy, Haylee Mitchell (Curt), Dr. Ashley Carter (Jacob), Payton Mitchell, Campbell Mitchell, Brodie Carter and Baylee Carter; and his sisters-in-law, Phyllis Sanders and Judy Hook.
