We bid farewell to Marion Weihrouch in Port Royal, South Carolina, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 3, 2025 at the age of 92. Marion touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Thornber and Alma Thornber (Carlson); her husband Bob; her sons, John and Steve; and her brothers, Milton J. Thornber and Lowell A. Thornber.
She is survived by: her sons, Jim (Lauren Ford) and Phil; her sister Lorraine Sparrow (Julian); her cousin Lavonne Pence; and her grandchildren, Elsa and Andrew. She is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Anderson Funeral Home (611 Robert Smalls Pkwy, Beaufort, SC 29906). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Anderson's Funeral Home (611 Robert Smalls Pkwy, Beaufort, SC 29906).
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to Sea Island Presbyterian Church (81 Ladys Island Dr, Beaufort, SC 29907), Alzheimer's Association (alz.org/donate or 225 N.
