She is survived by: her brothers, Richard and Harold Schieferstein; her children, Dr. Cheryl Shookman of Hilton Head, SC and Dr. Ellis R Shookman of Hanover, NH; and her granddaughters, Caitlin Shookman Scott (Conner) of Ft. Polk, LA and Rowan Shookman Neil (Wally).
