She was predeceased by: her spouse Councilman Vernon H. DeLoach of Port Royal; her parents, Eugene Murray and Daisy Jamison Carroll; and her grandson John Osborne Reed IV. She is survived by: her children, Gwendila DeLoach Ward (Thomas), Lauren DeLoach (Roberta) and Keith DeLoach (Susan); her granddaughter Kerri Haselden (Jonathan); and her stepgrandchildren, Matt Rodgers (Shannon) and Anna Mikota (Geoffrey). She is also survived by two grandsons; a great-granddaughter.
