Tootle of Port Royal, SC; her parents, Leo Garner and Elvera Garner; her daughters, Cherice Cothran (David) and Kim Lockstedt (John); her grandchildren, Evan Lockstedt (Kristine), Audrey Randolph (Ben) and Alaina Cothran; and her great grandchild Henry.
