He was predeceased by: his parents, William Allen Taylor, Sr. and Carrie Counts Flemon; his brother Leonard Rayford Counts; and his stepfather Joe Louis Flemon, Sr. (Taylor). He is survived by: his stepmother Marlene Flemon of Pomaria, SC; his siblings, Mickley Taylor of Nashville, TN and Carriett F. Bowers; his aunts, Hattie M. Morehead of Columbus, OH and Tanitha Flemon of Columbia, SC; his uncle Thomas Flemon of Pomaria, SC; and his friends, Terry and Carriett Bowers. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.
