He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Paul C. Carter and Wayne H. Hammond; his stepgrandfather Larry Fowler; and his grandmother Harriette Fowler. He is survived by: his son Conway Schuyler Carter (Gamecock); his mother Mandy Mills of Irmo; his stepparents, Hope Carter of Pomaria and Douglas Delaney of Bluffton; his siblings, Reynolds Carter (Amy), Sean Delaney, Paul Carter, Daniel Carter, Breck Delaney, Marlow Delaney and Fallon Delaney; his grandmother Elizabeth Carter; his stepgrandparents, Marvin, Marilyn Miller and Bonnie Hammond; his nieces and nephews, Hunter, Skylar and Madison; and also Laura-Jane Faulkner of Bluffton.
