He was predeceased by: his parents, Lillious Eugene and Stella Wicker Kibler; his siblings, William "Bill" Kibler and Bernice "Bea" Kibler Shealy; and his grandson Alex Kibler.
He is survived by: his wife Jewell Josephine "Jo" Doolittle Kibler; his children, Cindy Kibler of Pomaria, Russell Kibler (Francelle) of Pomaria and Sheila Pelton (Anthony) of Pomaria; his grandchildren, Blake Kibler (Alexis), Andrea Dorroh (Marty), Aubrey Pelton, Dillon Pelton and Blair Pelton; and his great grandchildren, Landon Bayer, Stella Dorroh and Rhett Kibler.
