It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rick Harley of Pomaria, South Carolina, born in Orangeburg, South Carolina, who passed away on December 12, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Hydrick Bullock Harley, Sr. and Emily Riley Harley. He is survived by: his wife Elma Rhea Suber Harley; his sons, Jay Harley (Cindy) of Pomaria, Chris Harley (Jessie) of Irmo and Mike Harley (Heather) of Pomaria; his sisters, Olivia Greene (Lui) of Chattagnooga, TN and Marlene Segrest of Westminster; his grandchildren, Jake Harley, Harrison Harley and Abigail Harley; and his nieces and nephews, Tina Nicolaci (Tony), Trey Segrest and Allison Barham (Steve).
