He was predeceased by: his parents, Capers Maxie and Gladys Millender Lever. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Harmon Lever; his children, Kevin Lawrence Lever of Pomaria and Dena Lever Johnson of Silverstreet; and his siblings, Lois Wilson (Wayne) of Pomaria and William Lever of Pomaria.
