It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jimmy Johnston of Pomaria, South Carolina, born in Newberry, South Carolina, who passed away on April 8, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Middleton Johnston and Leola Summer Johnston Eargle. He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer Ebert (Mark) of Chapin and Amanda Huffstetler (Neil) of Pomaria; his brother William Johnston (Nancy) of Prosperity; his grandchildren, Taylor Ebert, Lindsey Ebert, Ryan Ebert, Claire Ebert, Maddie Huffstetler and Karlie Huffstetler; his brother Phil; his sister-in-law Cynthia Frick; and his nieces and nephews, Chris Johnston, Jamie Johnston (Susan), Angela Piontek (Greg) and Bonnie Frick (Bradd Bunce).

Those attending the service and visitation are asked to follow the Covid-19 guidelines.
