He is survived by: his wife Elma Rhea Suber Harley; his sons, Jay Harley (Cindy) of Pomaria, Chris Harley (Jessie) of Irmo and Mike Harley (Heather) of Pomaria; his sisters, Olivia Greene (Lui) of Chattagnooga, TN and Marlene Segrest of Westminster; his grandchildren, Jake Harley, Harrison Harley and Abigail Harley; and his nieces and nephews, Tina Nicolaci (Tony), Trey Segrest and Allison Barham (Steve).
