He was predeceased by: his father Billy A. Berley; his son Chavis Berley; and his brother Ronnie Berley. He is survived by: his mother Ruby Counts Berley Deaton of Prosperity; his sons, Allen Berley (Kristy) of Pomaria and Will Berley (Shannon) of Prosperity; his stepson Kevin Bundrick (Taryl) of Newberry; his sisters, Karen Bowers of Prosperity and Roxanne Kibler (Keith) of Statesboro, GA; and his grandchildren, Lexi Duncan (J. P.), Alleigh Berley, Kameron Berley, Allex Berley, Cole Berley and Owen Berley (Sherri Wicker).
