He is survived by: his mother Mary Kirkland Mathis of Warren, OH; his children, Donovan Mathis of Warren, OH, Alora Mathis-Holiehoek of Ontario, Da'Nae Mathis-Rodgers of Warren, OH and Isaiah Mathis of Warren, OH; his siblings, Mary L. Mathis of Warren, OH, Bobby Mathis, Jr. (Audrey) of Newberry, SC, Lajuane Mathis of Warren, OH and Norman Mathis of Warren, OH; and his stepbrother Donald Williams (Beverly) of Atlanta, GA. He is also survived by three grandchildren, a number of other relatives and friends.
