With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Brenda Curry of Pomaria, South Carolina, born in Newberry, South Carolina, who passed away on December 28, 2021 at the age of 67. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Eddie Wicker and Ollie L. Whitney; her grandmother Ella Whitney; and her sister Cynthia Whitney. She is survived by: her husband Jimmy Curry of Pomaria, SC.; her siblings, Patricia Whitney, Donna Hicks (Frank) of Pomaria, SC, Lorraine Wicker of Newberry, SC, Tammy Hall (Johnnie) of Chapin, SC, Russell Whitney (Precious) of Lexington, SC, Rickey Whitney (Anita) of Chapin, SC, John David Livingston and Keith Livingston (Shantel) of Greenville, SC; her uncles, Roy Whitney (Marjorie) of Greenville, SC and William Whitney (Margaret) of Pomaria, SC; her aunt Dollie Martain (Roosevelt) of Columbia, SC; her siblings-in-law, Julius Robinson, Willie Robinson (Deborah) of Pomaria, SC and Christine Robinson (Lewis) of Pomaria, SC; and her friend Willene Walker. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
