With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dianna Collins Smart of Plum Branch, South Carolina, who passed away on December 2, 2024 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her spouse Navy; her parents, Major Collins and Emma Baker Collins; and her siblings, Earl Collins, Bernice Cullipher, Geraldine Cannon and Carolyn White.
She is survived by: her children, Bill Smart, Jr. (Marcia) of Plum Branch, SC, Carla Smart-Wiggins (Woody) of Lincolnton, GA, Scott Smart (Melanie) of Plum Branch, SC and Vince Smart (Kristen) of Evans, GA; her brother Marvin Collins of Murrells Inlet, SC; and her grandchildren, William, Trevor, Megan, Scott, Jr., Haleigh, Blaine and Cassy. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
