She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Randolph H. "Randy" Thomas and Carolyn Carson Thomas; her son Rod Cannington; her husband Charlie Cannington; her children, Jamie Cannington Leonard (Steven) of Moncks Corner and Chay Cannington (Audrey) of Pinopolis; her mother-in-law Barbara Mahoney of Pinopolis; her siblings, Joan Wells (Arleigh) of Pinopolis and Wade Williams (Linda) of Pinopolis; and her grandchildren, C. J. Cannington, Drake Cannington, Jordan Cannington, Carson Cannington and Cain Stevens.
