It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maxine Batchelor of Pinopolis, South Carolina, born in Saint Stephen, South Carolina, who passed away on May 30, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Linly Maxie McRoy and Rowena Wingard-Keller; her husband William M. Batchelor, Jr.; her brother Wyman D. McRoy; and her son-in-law Bruce Howard.
She is survived by: her children, Denise (Daron), Stephen (Arlene) and Michelle; her grandchildren, Kaitlyn Howard, Evan Howard, Keith Howard, Francesca Batchelor and William Batchelor; and her great grandchildren, Camilla, Leyla and Stefan Batchelor.
