She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Lee McLaurin, Sr. and Aletha Smoak McLaurin; her son Charles E. "Chuck" Eichman, Jr.; her sister Jeanette Barwick; and her husband Claud E. Connell.
She is survived by: her daughter Charlene Cascio (John) of Lexington; her stepson Danny Connell of Las Vegas, NV; her brother Hugh Lee "Buck" McLaurin, Jr. (Harriet) of Pinopolis; her grandchildren, Morgan Cross (Kelly) and Monica Mosher (Shane); her stepgrandchild Zorion Connell; her great grandchildren, Reggie, Ruthie and Michael; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Asher, Sutton and Chelsea.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials be made to the Moncks Corner United Methodist Church, 106 Church Street, Moncks Corner, SC 29461or to the Berkeley County Animal Center, 131 Central Berkeley Drive, Moncks Corner, SC 29461.
