He was predeceased by: his parents, James A. "Jim" Weaver and Sara Lou May Weaver; his daughter Tonya Lynn McRee; and his siblings, Ella Mae Blackmon, Margaret Williams, Betty Collins, Birtie Hall, Leroy Weaver and Willie Weaver.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Clark Weaver; his children, Angie Weaver Dangerfield Hill (Randy) of Ridgeville and Jerry Walter Weaver of Moncks Corner; his sisters, Christine Mullis and Geraldine Mobley Both of Jessup, GA; and his grandchildren, Amanda Dangerfield Mueller (Henry) and Ryan Dangerfield. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
