He was predeceased by: his parent Lawrence Warley. He is survived by: his spouse Sarah Durant; his parent Susan Robinson; his children, Aletha Shannon (William) of Thomasville, NC, Betty McKnight of Sumter, Franklin Warley (Janesta) of Thomasville, NC and Bernard Harvin of Brooklyn, NY; and his cousins, Odell Robinson and Dolly McFadden. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
