He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sr. Dow and Willene Bosier Dow; and his sister Bertha Williams (Nathaniel). He is survived by: his spouse Delma Lee Scott-Dow; and his brothers, John Dow Jr. (Carolyn) and Kevin Conyers. He is also survived by five brothers-in-law; two sisters-in-law; a host of nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.
