He was predeceased by: his parents, Winfred Hinkley, Sr. and Naomi Snyder Hinkley; and his sister Mary Raganess. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Gail Howell Hinkley; his children, Keith Alan Hinkley of Rock Hill, Colin Lane Hinkley (Bethany) of York, SC and Robin Mae Hinkley of York; his grandchildren, Justin, Ryan, Cameron, Jera, Will, Aydan, Harper and Janessa; and his sister Edna H. Tichenor of Rock Hill. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Mr. Hinkley's name to Mt Holly United Methodist Church, Building Fund, 1996 Mt Holly Road., Rock Hill, SC 29730.
