It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Walker Baldwin in Piedmont, South Carolina, born in Seneca, South Carolina, who passed away on November 28, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Walker Baldwin and Eva Dickson Baldwin Chagnon; and his sisters, Ann McCurry and Juanita Smith. He is survived by: his daughter Cindy Lobo (Carlos) of Fort Mill, SC; and his grandchildren, Alexandria Patricia Lobo and Natalia Avila Lobo.
