He was predeceased by: his wife Helen Louise Teague Trammell; his parents, Erby Trammell and Maude Scott Trammell; his daughter Cheryl Mildred Trammell Collins; and his siblings, Edward, George, Bobbie, Doris Trammell and Hazel Jones.
He is survived by: his son-in-law Dewey Collins of Greenville; his grandsons, David Collins of Piedmont and Paul Thomas "Tommy" Collins of Piedmont; and his children, Cheri Peterson Schock of Glendale, AZ and Dennis Peterson of Anderson.
