He was predeceased by: his father Carl Bentley Mahon. He is survived by: his wife Vicki Gibson Mahon; his mother Jean Garner Mahon; his son Jason Mahon (Alicia); and his grandchildren, Thomas, Connor Mahon, Madison Waldrop, Abigail and Charlotte Mahon.
