He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Leon Boan and Agnes Hall Boan; and his brother Jerry Boan. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Hyatt Boan; his children, Melissa Elrod (Don) of Rock Hill and Terry Lee Boan, II (Tammy) of Rock Hill; his grandchildren, Evan Boan, David Elrod and Savannah Elrod; and his siblings, Larry Boan (Janice) of Vero Beach, FL, Johnny Boan of Rock Hill, Tim Boan (Cheryl) of Rock Hill, Linda Barfield (Ronnie) of York and Diane Vodak (Mike) of Easton, MD. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
