She was predeceased by: her husband Truman "Sam" Randolph Cooley; her parents, William Vernon Johnson and Evelyn Ella Clement Johnson; her sons, Leslie Jenkins, Eddie Jenkins, Wayne Jenkins and Charles Jenkins; and her brother Jerry Johnson.
She is survived by: her siblings, Bill Johnson, Jim Johnson, Ron Johnson, Terry Johnson, Doris Bowers, Felecia Macy and Ann Campbell. She is also survived by four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
