It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Howard of Piedmont, South Carolina, born in Fair Play, South Carolina, who passed away on September 9, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edna Hammond and Louie Hammond; her sons, Donnie, Randy and Jerry Howard; her grandson Christopher Carter; and her brother Richard Hammond.
She is survived by: her daughter Tamera Howard Andrews (Howard); her grandchildren, Derrick Bilbray, Donnie Howard, Jr., Jade Howard, Tiffany Howard, Douglas Howard and Deanne Howard; her siblings, Racheal Hammond, Lou Hammond (Karen), Martin Hammond and Tony Hammond; and her daughters-in-law, Sissy Howard and Janice Joseph.
