He is survived by: his wife Roxie Cullins; his daughter Rochelle Mosley (Spencer) of Piedmont; and his siblings, Shirley Garrison of Jacksonville, FL, Charles Cullens (Gwendolyn) of Belton, SC, Allen Cullens, Jr. of Jacksonville, FL, James Calvin Cullens of Anderson, SC and Lynce E. Cullins (Joann) of Anderson, SC. He is also survived by two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
