She was predeceased by: her parents, James Thomas and Hilda Ayers Ford; and her son David Anthony Smith. She is survived by: her daughter Tammi S. Knight (Rickey); her grandchildren, Matthew Knight (Kelly) and Brittani Costanza (Todd); her great grandchildren, Olivia Rose, Hannah, Matthew, Brandon and Donnie; and her siblings, Tony Ford (Dee) and Nancy Humphreys.
