He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Barnett and Nancy Cox Barnett; and his adoptive parents, James Barnett and Margie Jennings Barnett. He is survived by: his wife Lora-Beth Theesfeld Barnett; and his brothers, Richard Lee Barnett (Judy) of Maryland, Curtis Dale Barnett (Michelle) of Maryland, David M "Josh" Barnett and Charles Allen "Bo" Barnett.
