He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Blitzer; his children, Celia Blitzer of Piedmont and Geoffrey Blitzer (Erin) of Greer; his siblings, Ellen Ress (Frank) of White Plains, NY and Michael Blitzer (June) of New York, NY; and his nieces, Julie, Lauren and Maggie.
