It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leila Gene Auten in Piedmont, South Carolina, born in Lancaster, South Carolina, who passed away on May 6, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Millard Benton Parrish and Mary Louise Sistare Parrish; and her brother Millard Benton Parrish, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Truett Judson Auten; her sons, Jeffrey Benton Oliver of Salisbury, NC and Gregory Bryan Oliver (Kelli) of Rock Hill; her grandchildren, Preston Oliver, Judson Oliver, Brennan Oliver and Bailee Montgomery (Gage); and her great grandchildren, Tristan and Drayke. She is also survived by many cousins, nephew and nieces.
