Landrum Johnson Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Landrum Johnson of Piedmont, South Carolina, who passed away on December 14, 2024 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Landrum leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Johnson and Mattie Cox Johnson; and his siblings, Mary, Margaret, Jack and Edward.
He is survived by: his children, Landrum Pete Johnson, Jr. (Nannette) of Myrtle Beach, Mattie Sue Dean (Bill) of Simpsonville and Regina Simmons (Brian) of Pelzer. He is also survived by several grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
