He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Joshua Payne (Brooke) of New Orleans, Louisiana and Tori Payne (Will Mobley) of Chester; his siblings, Gene Payne (Shirley) of Savannah, Eric Payne (Cheryl) of Kershaw and Nancy Hewitt (Rob) of Kershaw; and his granddaughter Carliegh Sanders. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
