He is survived by: his parents, Michael Truncellito and June Truncellito (Tiffany Truncellito); his children, Jayme Elizabeth Truncellito, Jerimiah Keenan Freeman, Troy Allen Freeman and Arianna Nicole Freeman; his sister Jenna "Bell" Truncellito Ard (Corey Robert Ard); his children, Jake Michael Ard, Jessa Elizabeth Ard, Isabella Laura Ard, Joshua Elias Hayek, Michael Jeffrey Snipes and Noe Aaron Truncellito; his brother James Paul Truncellito (Emily); and his nieces and nephews, James Paul Truncellito II, Carys Sophia Truncellito and Joseph Dominic Truncellito.
